About the Program:

Master Intuition Painting® Facilitator Montine Blank, with 25+ years experience has collaborated with celebrated IP Facilitators Elise Crohn and Pamela Hawkins to design a one-of-a-kind, intensive Facilitator Training Certification. The program spans over 6 months and includes 100+ hours of training and mentoring.

We will cover the principles, methods, mantras, process, and meditations of Intuition Painting® as well as group or individual in-person, online facilitation skills, and business launch and marketing strategies.

The program offers a resource and template database for those who want to lead workshops and events, so that you will not have to start from scratch. 

Whether you intend to launch or expand your business, or just want to experience deep personal transformation, you are welcome. Space is limited to 12 participants.

Program Topics:

1. PERSONAL IMMERSION:
   Internalize the Methodology, Applications, & Benefits in a group setting
   
   A certified Intuition Painting® facilitator has evolved and matured emotionally as a direct result of working through this process. The training ensures you complete ample hours in your own Intuition Painting® process. You will conquer your own fears around authentic expression and witness others with wisdom and compassion. You will learn how to consistently blast through creative blocks, so that the faith you have in your own wellspring of creativity strengthens your confidence when teaching others to do the same. As your belief in the process takes root, you will be more adept at staying present, while guiding others and holding safe space.
   

2. GROUP FACILITATION:
   Online Didactic & Practice Meetings, May-August
   Training, Preparation, & Practice

   A certified Intuition Painting® facilitator has learned an exemplary means for guiding others through this intuitive creative process. 
   
   During the online group facilitation training, you will continue to learn new materials, receive live instruction, and practice with the group under the guidance of mentors and Master Facilitators. Through observing, practicing, and refining your approach, you will master the art of leading individuals and groups through the Intuition Painting® process. You’ll develop the ability to create and hold a sacred, safe space while advancing participants through the multiple stages of the intuitive creative journey. You will learn to balance the energy of the group, sense when to intervene or step back, and respond skillfully to challenges as they arise. By the end of this phase, you will have the skills and confidence to lead a wide variety of offerings — from introductory workshops to online or in-person class series and retreats.
   

3. BUSINESS LAUNCH & MARKETING:
   Alternate mediums, Marketing Strategy, Launch Tools
   
   A certified Intuition Painting® facilitator knows how to prepare, market, and fill classes, individual sessions, workshops, collaborations, and retreats. For those who will launch Intuition Painting® as classes, workshops or retreats, we offer a myriad of tools, tips, best practices, documentation, open-source database of templates and resources, communication guidelines, and strategies. In the business phase of the training you will learn from 20+ years’ experience of turning a passion for teaching intuitive creativity as a personal awareness practice into sustainable businesses. Additional coaching is also available post training to hone and develop your entrepreneurial skills.

Tuition & Investment

Early Bird Tuition: $5,825

Save $600 when paid in full by December 31, 2026. Beginning January 1, 2027, tuition is $6,425.

Additional Retreat Costs:
Accommodations and meals are $850 for each of the two 6-day retreats. Flights and transportation are not included.

Tuition may be paid in full or in three installments. Email me to discuss payment options.

Training Prerequisites

Before beginning Facilitator Training, you must complete:

• The application

• An online interview with Montine

• An Intuition Painting® course (online or in person) with Montine Blank. Full or partial fees from your qualifying course may be applied toward Facilitator Training tuition.

Acceptance & Deposit

If accepted following your application and interview, you will receive confirmation. A $500 deposit reserves your place and is applied toward your tuition.

If you later withdraw, the deposit is non-refundable but may be used as a credit toward Intuition Painting® online programs or private coaching. It may not be applied toward in-person retreats.

Putting the Investment in Perspective

For those who intend to offer Intuition Painting® professionally, the training is designed to give you more than certification. You leave with tested workshop and retreat formats, detailed facilitation guides, business and marketing resources, and the experience to begin creating your own offerings without starting from scratch.

At the rates I currently charge, revenue equivalent to the tuition can be generated through approximately one retreat, two weekend workshops, or three online courses.

Of course, what you choose to offer—and what you ultimately earn—will vary. Some participants build Intuition Painting® into an existing practice, some develop a new stream of professional work, and others take the training primarily for their own personal and creative development.
