What the Course Is

Get Unstuck: Intuition Painting® — Live Online

• A 4-week series, once a week

• 3-hour sessions (ideal for immersion + integration)

• No “art skills” required — While painting in this way jump starts creative flow and leads to painting in ways that surprise you, you won’t be asked to make “fine art.” You’re here to make art that is fine for you. Release the pressure to plan, perfect, or produce. Instead, follow the flow of your own intuitive magic — spontaneous, soulful, wildly alive.

• Focus on process, not product — This experience is designed to free yourself creatively, without concern for other’s approval. There are no comments, analysis, or judgments on the paintings. The approach leads you to a pathway for self-discovery and artistic expansion. It is not performative, it is personal.

• A holistic, proven approach — Each session weaves together meditation, creative prompts, creativity coaching, spontaneous intuitive painting, and reflective integration. Successive classes build on the previous session’s painting, so that you experience the full 6-phase Intuition Painting methodology.

• A practice for balance & resilience — Painting in this way reflects your inner landscape, unearthing meaningful messages from your unconscious, so that you can you see what’s ready to be released, embraced, or transformed for your highest good.

• What you need: A computer/tablet with video + audio, painting supplies, and a quiet creative space.

Do I need painting experience?
No — this course is designed for beginners and seasoned creatives alike. It’s not about technique; it’s about expression, release, and inner truth.

What if I don’t feel “good enough”?
This is a judgement-free container. Perfectionism does not matter here. Your painting is for you, not for critique.

What if I miss a session?
Each week builds on the last — try to attend live, but if life intervenes, we can offer recordings for the 2nd & 3rd sessions, and you will need to make up the painting time on your own. However, you must attend the 1st and last sessions for the process to work.

What supplies do I need?
Simple materials: paper/canvas, brushes, paint (acrylic or your preferred medium), water, cloths — you’ll get a full supply list upon registration.
