Our Days Together
Picture starting your mornings with yoga and movement in a beautiful yoga shala to help you feel energized and ready for each day.
Then, after a fresh yummy breakfast, you learn how to use spontaneous painting, writing, and movement to tap into a surprisingly rich, creative inner world, where you will gain insights and aha’s for personal growth and enrichment.
Sun-soaked afternoons offer a mix of possibilities from which to choose: from chilling poolside, to getting a massage, to joining a movement class, to signing up for a surf lesson, to jumping back into the studio for more art-making.
Evenings are for celebrating the gorgeous sunsets and local culture of the Guanacaste region by taking a boat tour, hanging on the beach, or heading in town for live music, fun people, dancing, and nightlife.

No Art Skills Needed
For some of you, it may have been decades since you painted or made art. It will be surprising to you how quickly you will reconnect with the joy playing with colors and following the fun. As with all forms of Intuition Painting®, we focus on having fun with the process and not worrying about any final product. Pura Vida!

About the Property:
Room Descriptions
Standard Rooms:
The property has six standard rooms located in the main building under the restaurant. Each room has a small patio and hammock hanging out front, great to lounge around in. The rooms have one queen size bed, one single bed and completely remodeled bathrooms. The rooms come equipped with split level air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is some noise from the restaurant in these rooms.
Deluxe Rooms:
There are eleven deluxe rooms located throughout the property. The rooms have either; one king size bed, two full size beds or one queen size bed. Deluxe Rooms come equipped with split-level air conditioning, ceiling fans, in room coffee makers, cable television and a small refrigerator.
Large Poolside Suites:
There are two Suites, each with a large living room and pull out sofa, flat screen TV, kitchenette and bar area. The bedroom of suite 1 has two king size beds and an additional flat screen TV. The bedroom of suite 2 has one king size bed and a separate area with two twin beds. Suites have A/C in both rooms, one large bathroom, ceiling fans and an outdoor patio.

How to Get to the Retreat
If you fly into Liberia, Costa, Rica, there are shared shuttles for approximately $25 each way that will deliver you to the hotel and return you to the airport. There are also shuttle services to and from San Jose into Tamarindo, where you can take a taxi to the resort. Otherwise, if you prefer to hire your own car, you can simply drive to Playa Granda, near Tamarindo Costa Rica.
