Creative Exercises for Wellbeing

“Body Flow” is a quick and easy way to release tension, stress, tightness and escape brain fog and overload.

In this experience Shinah Chang, owner of Crooked Calligraphy, will show us how to use our favorite tunes to get out of our head space, into our bodies, and back into the present moment, where we can feel chill and happy again.

Activity Time: 5-15 minutes
