Needing to shift out of stuck? Wanting to stop painful thoughts and self-talk? Ready to heal old wounds?

Artist Penny Treese has generously offered us a beautiful, intimate glimpse into how she uses art to relieve personal pain and self-doubt.

Penny’s “ENERGY WRITING” is a wonderful tool to use whenever you want to shift heavy, deep, and/or stuck emotions and come to a lighter place of joy, compassion, and peace.

Best Part!

The piece to the right was created after Penny finished energy writing exercise and was able to move into a more positive, light-filled direction.

To create this image, Penny meditated to find where the emotional pain she’d tapped into was located in her physical body. When she found it she began sending light, love, and prayer to it until it began to feel better. Afterwards, this image came to her.
