ART Relief: Circle of Gratitude

Creative Exercises for Wellbeing

Gratitude Circles are a way of boosting your mood and letting someone know how much they mean to you through a meditative art project.

The original concept came from this video I saw years ago from Soul Pancake about how sharing appreciation for another person brings heightened joy and cheer to both of you.

Best Part!

Calling my Mom and reading what I had written totally made her day — and mine! She texted later and wanted me to send a photo, so I think that’s a good addition to the exercise.

This was by far the sweetest, most fun and uplifting part of the practice!

Highly recommend!
